- The Company will be responsible for all aspects of manpower at your company premises.
- The Company will provide Un-skilled, Semi skilled, high-skilled, Computer operator and other companies require at your discretion each on eight hours shift. The attendance sheet will be verified by your authorized person at the end of the month.
- The Company ensures that its manpower is familiar with their jobs.
- The Company is liable for the payment of salary and all legal dues to its employees posted at Company’s premises.
- The Company will be arrange for the insurance cover of all of its employees at your premises and no liability will attach to your organization on account of our employees.
- The contract is liable to be terminated by either party of month notice given received a month of fee as a compensation notice period.
- The rates will be revised if any increase rates announced by the statutory Bodies and effective the date as per their order.
- The payment will be made on the fourth say of passing of the bill as if the bill gets passed on 2,3,4 than the payment will be made on 6,7,8 respectively.
- The Company shall provide separate challans for P.F., E.S.L. and service tax.
- All the payment is to be made in front of any of your employees of H.R. Department.
